Are you tired of wondering where all the quality black men/women are in this fine city? Are you fed up with meeting the same "type" of men/women in the clubs? Do you work waaay too much to find enough time to socialize? Are you looking for a particular 'caliber' of man/woman? Are you ready to meet your Barack/Michelle? Then you've hopefully come to the right group. As the name suggests, this group is for attractive black professional singles living and/or working in and around the Boston area who have discerning tastes when it comes to men/women with whom they'd like to date, commit to, marry, who knows...

Meetups will include mixers, speed dating events, game nights, parties, dinners, etc...

As with most successful ventures certain rules must be adhered to:
1. BE RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES. If you are observed or reported as being disrespectful, you will be removed from the group.
2. Ensure that your pictures are tasteful and current. Pictures are a must.
3. RSVP for all events...even if you're not able to make it. 3 consecutive non-rsvp's will be regarded as disinterest in the group and you will be removed.
4. Update your RSVP's at least 24 hours in advance of any meetup, that way the logistics can be adjusted accordingly. Understanding that 'things happen', if somethings comes up within 24 hours of a meetup, be sure to give the organizer the courtesy of a phone call.
5. No shows will not be tolerated! Be responsible and attend all meetups is you've committed to them by RSVP-ing "Yes". See #4 for policy on updating RSVP's. 1 no-show will be grounds for removal from the group.
