Viognier Tasting

The Viognier grape gets its name from the Roman pronunciation of the 'via Gehennae', meaning the "Valley of Hell" because it is difficult to grow. But it does taste good...

Angela is hosting an intimate tasting of Viognier at her place in Beacon Hill. Standard format applies, so please bring 4 glasses, $10 dollars for host-provided food, and a bottle of Viognier that is ~$20.

The address will be mailed to attendees, please only RSVP if you intend to make it, as it is disrespectful to both the host and other group members if you don't show.

Do to the 10 open spots, guests that want to come will have to sign up on MeetUp and join the group!

Angela- I didn't see any photos of the wines or the rankings. Would you direct me to where they are? I so enjoyed this wine! See you in April! Pamela

Angela- I just want to thank you again for hosting last night. You are such a delightful hostess and I a sorry I wasn't able to stay longer. After 36 hours of no sleep, I had to go home. AND thank you to introducing me to a very interesting varietal! It is great to know a $13 bottle was ranked third and very close to the #2 in score. Pamela
