Saturday Morning Running Group

With the cycling season behind us I think it might be time to hit the roads with our feet. For those of you training for a marathon or just looking to get started this is the perfect route. I have mapped out several distances using the same challenging loop.

The nice thing is we can hold water and food in one place and pick up after each loop.
