I love to try different kinds of yoga and let's try this pranayama yoga at MIT 24-121, 11-12:15 am. "The Art of Living at MIT offers free yoga and meditation sessions every Saturday at 11am. The sessions generally begins with a dance-warmup, followed by sun salutations, yoga in the lotus sequence, pranayama and meditation." They also sometimes feature fun mindfulness games from the YesPlus workshop
How to get to MIT[masked]: Find 50 Vassar St -> enter the building 34 through revolving door -> you see the door in front of you and go outside to the courtyard -> turn right along the building and pass bike racks/trees/courtyard closed sign on your left-> the door for building 24 is kind of hidden inward on your left (follow the red line above - there are other doors for B24) -> go upstairs and room[masked] is on the second floor. i try to put several signs when I get there on Sat morning. Due to construction, it may not be easy to find the Building 24 once you get lost - ask anybody there for Building 24. See you there!
The nearest station is Kenmore station or Central Sq. - probably about a 12 min. walk from either station. If you are driving you may find meter parking along Mass Ave towards Central Sq.
