For our next meeting, in January, I had two options for what we might do. ============================================ OPTION 1 - DESIGN THINKING CRASH COURSE. We would focus on the entire design thinking process by going through it all in one meeting, "crash-course" style, following the format demonstrated here at the Stanford d.school's website. http://dschool.stanford.edu/dgift/ Only we would change the prompt to work on the Boston motorist/cyclist/pedestrian problem I mentioned before. ============================================ OPTION 2 - EMPATHY INTERVIEWS ONLY. For this option, we would focus on the first stage of the the process, empathy. Still addressing the Boston motorist/cyclist/pedestrian problem, we would conduct interviews with each to gain deeper insights into their unmet needs. So please vote on what you'd like to do.
