Going dancing - salsa and drumming are the two big important Get Your Vibe on activities that are essential to my well being. It makes a good mood vibrant, and it transforms a personal upset. It allows for space and to take a break from my own head speak.
I accomplished 2 big to dos on my list today instead of procrastinating.
When I get my VIBE ON...it feels like the flood gates are open and I am creating amazing opportunities and possibilities in my life. Occupational Therapist, Polly Fletcher started Get Your VIBE On to inspire and motivate others to live vibrantly.
