It's been a while since this group has had a meetup, and we're going to make an effort to get things back on track!
The Kanban Method encourages adoption to new processes through incremental, evolutionary, continuous improvement. Organizations adopting other agile methodologies such as Scrum often find it difficult to overcome the significant disruption that typically accompanies those efforts.
Let's examine and discuss how the Kanban Method is particularly well suited to allowing organizations avoid this obstacle.
Ajay Reddy will lead the discussion for this Meetup.
Ajay started his professional career as a software engineer and spent many years leading development teams and larger IT functions. He now devotes the majority of his time helping technology organizations improve performance by successfully adopting agile practices.
Ajay is an Associate of David J. Anderson & Associates, founder of Code Genesys (a Boston-based IT Solutions company), managing partner of ScrumDo.com (a cloud-based project management tool for Scrum teams), and one of only a handful of Certified Kanban Trainers in North America.
