Introduction

I'm a beginning drummer looking to learn and to jam with other musicians.

Would you be able to host a music get-together?

Are you starting out, been at it for a while or playing out?

Not really a guitarist, but do have an Alvarez acoustic/electric that I like to fool around on a little bit. If I were going to go all the way electric, I'd probably prefer a strat.

What styles / genres would you say best suits you?

Rock, classic rock, blues, R&B, rockabilly, some country are all styles I like. I think it could be fun to play any of them.

What instruments do you play (or do you sing)?

Started on drums at end of August '08. I've been learning on my own with CDs/DVDs and feel I am at a point that I should start playing with others, keeping the drums simple.
