What goes in a Revit Template.

Hi Everyone,

I hope everyone had a great summer.  Based on the feedback we got from the poll we did at the beginning of the summer, we organizing the fall schedule of meetings.  The next meeting was voted the #1 topic in the poll..."What goes in a Revit Template?"

We know there are lots of great ideas out there regarding setting up a Revit template so the goal for the meeting is to collect those ideas into a master template checklist which we can all refer to when building our own templates.

During the session we are hoping to demonstrate templates from each flavor of Revit.  Bill is going to share\demonstrate what he has done with his architectural template.  We are looking for members representing MEP and Structural to share what you are doing with your templates.  The agenda will be something like what is listed below.

Hope to see you there!  Thanks!

Troy Mifsud

5:45- 6:15 - Networking - Food

6:15  - Intros

6:20 - What goes into a template - checklist overview

6:40 - Arch Template Demo

7:00 - MEP Template Demo

7:20 - Structure Template Overview

7:40-8:00 - Discussion and wrap up.

Is there a possibility of getting off the "waiting list" so I can attend the meeting? I am looking to learn more about Revit and gain networking opportunities since I just relocated to the area.

    Chiun & Joe,

Our goal is to share with NYCRUG. The webinar will be saved and we would like it to be avaiable for future views. As you know this is our first attempt, so we'll see.

I already signed up for the webinar. Folks in our office are very interested in the topic but they have other obligations tonight. It will be great if the session can be viewed in a later time.
