Go to Big Ideas for Busy People (please buy your own ticket)

My absolute favourite event of the Cambridge Science Festival. Lets meet up for a quick bite in Harvard Square before the event and then go to this together.

Event is at 7:30 pm at the First Parish church. We'll meet at 6:30 pm in front of Au Bon Pain in Harvard Square.

TICKETS ARE REQUIRED. YOU NEED TO BUY YOUR OWN TICKET. They are $10 and can be bought here:
http://www.cambridgesciencefestival.org/2013Festival/2013ScheduleofEvents/Bigideasforbusypeople.aspx

"Prepare for a whirlwind of Big Ideas around science, technology, engineering, and math! Come hear 10 short, sharp talks by some of the finest minds in the area. Speakers get 5 minutes to share their Big Idea, the audience gets 5 minutes for questions, and you'll get an evening of thought-provoking experiences!"

For a list of speakers, go here: http://www.cambridgesciencefestival.org/2013Festival/2013ScheduleofEvents/Bigideasforbusypeople.aspx

i just bought my ticket... Zeik, what is the parking situation around Au Bon Pain in Harvard Square?

abysmal. I highly recommend taking the train if possible. Else, you might be able to find street parking near Harvard Square but around a 15 min walk away from Au Bon Pain. There are also a couple of parking garages. But in terms of street parking, fuhgeddaboudit.
