Why are you joining the Boston Area Beekeepers Association?

I'd like to learn more about beekeeping in Boston - share tips, learn from those with more experience, etc.

Do you know anything about Beekeeping? If so, please describe experience:

Very little

Do you have a place where you can keep bees?

Are you interested in helping to create an active bee community in Boston?

Do you have any good honey recipes to share?

I drink a tablespoon of honey everyday with fresh ginger and lemon. I try to use honey as a substitute for sugra in many baking recipes - and I love honey on ice cream. I'm always experimenting - so when a 'knock-your-socks-off' dish comes along I'll share!

Hi! I'm an urban beekeeper with two hives at the Leland Community Garden in JP, and co-author the blog http://herbanhone... with Sadie Richards, my apiary mate. I love the rich and diverse bee community of Boston and the opportunity to share!
