In this workshop we'll cover the process of animating rigged characters. That is, character models that have been already prepared with a skeleton and controls to pose and animate. We'll go over pose by pose animation, some general animation principles and the use of the NLA editor in Blender to compose more complex animations out of simple actions.
Our animation project is still underway. You can practice what you learn in this workshop by joining our project and animating one of the characters of "Surprise Little Bug!". Details will be given in the meeting.
Please bring a computer and a 3 button mouse! This is a hands-on workshop. You will not learn much by watching and not doing it.
