Thanks everyone for making our July meetup a big success! We enjoyed the venue provided by Microsoft. It was a great group of people to network with.

This group's meetings have lots of potential to help us but the late start due to the organizer's hour late arrival hurt this meeting. I did hear of a few more volunteer opportunities, but most of these are still in the formulative stage and I need bucks now. I think the people who were new to job search networking benefited the most. It should be better next time if they start earlier. The group is growing and will have to adapt to larger meetings.

I attended this meet up at the NERD Center and have to say that the location was perfect for me. That said I attend other groups which are very beneficial and productive but it is always great to share with other job seekers in my profession, I have found that it helps to keep the outlook in perspective for me at least, hearing about other job seeking successes and yes the things that have not been as successful. This meet up was very casual and everyone was very friendly while the structure of the meeting was not minute by minute I certainly enjoyed the atmosphere and willingness of everyone to speak and talk about themselves, where they have been and would like to go. Thank you all for sharing it was certainly a pleasure meeting all those who attended! Thank you to Jim for stepping up and guiding the discussion along.

It didn't start on time but there was plenty of people and conversation. Would be nice to have some recruiters available.
