steps, flights of stairs, weight, calories ... just starting out!
Currently I'm just tracking my activity and eating habits but I would like to increase that.
How to work around restrictions via technology. Use weight watchers - how can I get my data? Fitbit - how can I get my steps for later analysis? What's the *BEST* tool for tracking a fitness program, weightlifting, etc?
