I'm currently just tracking progress on my goals, and marking days I exercise (and miles ran/etc), weight, if I watched any TED talks or read any books, etc.
Switched from regular to vegetarian multis, slowly increasing weekly exercise amounts, using the habit cycle I learned from the book 'The Power of Habit', trying new Meetups...
I'm ready to learn more about quantifying myself, in almost any way! One topic about the self that interests me is how one's personality affects one's way of relating to others, and if and how that can be quantified.
I'm recently graduated college with a degree in environmental engineering, but am looking to do innovative work and learn more about myself and my interests this summer.
