Wright-Locke Farm is kicking off their 2014 adult education program season with a stellar class!
Gourmet chef Karina Hines will instruct participants on practical knife skills and basic knife care that every cook should know. This is a hands-on workshop that focuses primarily on knife skills for preparing vegetables, and will include tasting a dish made by Chef Hines that features vegetables prepared in class. Participants should bring a clean cutting board and chef knife (or other preferred knife for vegetable chopping); email Rebekah ([masked]) if you need the farm to bring spare supplies for you.

Tuition is $50 per person; REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
