ParElastic - Cloud based application developers have long struggled with database scalability challenges. Many have struggled with techniques like partitioning or sharding, others have attempted NoSQL based solutions and while there are no doubt some who have succeeded, all have struggled and hated it. When your applications database demands exceed the capacity of a single database server, you have a choice. You can either spend inordinate amounts of time and effort making your data tier scalable, or you can let ParElastic handle scalability, and continue to focus your innovation on your own product! Informative and very interesting. It was well organized. Thanks. Unfortuantely the time for the presentations was short.

Great event as usual. It was nice to see some hardware based innovation. A more diverse mix of "new technology" would be very interesting and likely attact a more diverse group.

Large diverse crowd in attendance. Most of the presenters were great. No doubt, last night was MySQL night. Good to see some innovation in traditional DB platforms.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
