The presentations were great, I found two of them particularly cool. That's a good hit-rate. I'd like to see more "process" around these events. I'd like to know more about why are people there, what does the group aim to achieve, who are all these people, and so on. In particular, I'd like more "process" during the initial meet-and-greet period. For example, could there be subject-oriented "magnets" in various places? One place might be for technical "shop-talk", another for "recruiting", another for "fund-raising", another for "sales and marketing", and so on.

Dave Rafkind & Chris Requena should be commended for their efforts. Prior to recruiting in Boston, I was heavily involved in the NY Tech scene and attended a number of NY Tech Meetups that provided for public pitches. This rivals anything I saw there and is energizing to be apart of.

Great event. Ample time for mixing and the pitches were a good gross section as well. Thanks for setting this up, and I look forward to the next one!
