Hi, I've been doing ecstatic dancing and chanting and toning for 15 years or so. Love it! I'm a certified leader of the Dances of Universal Peace and a holisitic and body-centered psychotherapist here in Boulder. I love to work with energy!
Hi Julisa! Thank you so much for joining... Awesome! I love how I feel when I dance too :) Our dance focuses on letting that feeling emerge in any way that is authentic to you the moment! We did a funk set a few weeks ago... but it will cycle back and we have an awesome kirtan band who might play at our dance in upcoming weeks... stay tuned! We look forward to meeting and dancing with you!
I am excited to meet you at our Mindfulness Exercises Meet-up. You will be a great addition to the discussion. Just an FYI, we are looking for teachers for our practice. Looking forward, Leesa
welcome to boulder harmonic happenings julisa! you would be a wonderful addition with all of your dancing, toning and chanting experience! we create ritual events to celebrate the equinox and solstice times and we also meet 3 wednesdays a month as a sound healing chorus called resonant soul. we are also looking to create a presence in our community. possibly a spontaneous toning flash mob on earth day. please join us!
Hi Julisa! I just saw your question about arriving late. It is better to arrive early or on time, that way you can read and sign the waiver and be there for the opening introduction to the what, why, and how of LY... especially the first time. That being said, however, I wouldn't want being a few (5-8) minutes late to be a hinderance to coming at all. I try to start on the dot but there's often a couple minute delay to begin with. So if you feel you can make it, we'd love to see you there! Jen
Welcome Julisa! The 6PM time was to accommodate a location for the meet up. I will see if I can find a site where we can start later. Looking forward to meeting you, Tara
Hi Julisa, Please send me information on brainspotting and we'll consider your doing a mini-seminar for our group. E-mail me at [masked]. Thanks, Jan
