I taught myself Haskell right after I finished college and used it in my spare time for about four years. For the last three years, I've been using OCaml, which is similar to Haskell but strict and with mutable state. I'm proficient using Haskell, but just a little rusty.
I fell in love with functional programming in my university's Scheme class, and I've been lucky enough to be writing software professionally in OCaml for the last three years.
