Jeffco trails were not hit as bad as here in Boulder County and with all the canyon roads closed and our open space closed I am getting pretty restless.
So the plan is to ride Centennial Cone trail and ride from the Mayhem Gulch trailhead in Clear Creek canyon [located between mile marker 262.5 and 262, 9.5 miles from the intersection of US 6 and State Highway 93, on the north side of the road [big parking lot and easy to see].
Ride length is 16 miles and it moderately technical in just a few places but is physically challenging as you need to climb out of Clear Creek to access the 12 mile loop above. Best of all is that on Sunday the trail is not open for hikers so it should be pretty quiet out there
I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
