I write poetry about this stuff.. Positive Prose, I call it "IT Poetry". Yes, I write about the Dark Side of Agile as well but decided it would be career-limiting
to publish those. It's all good.. just like code that gets refactored during Pair Programming and never sees the light of day, the practice gained in writing Private Retrospectives helps ground the published pieces in reality! -
