Do you have a regular meditation practice now?

i wake every morning stretch then sit. i breath in the moment and work on growing a ball of love and positive energy it to my body then i move it around with each breath. i also like to just sit listening to my breath in a downward gaze.


working on being an attached and letting go of expectation.
