Hiking, skiing and quality of life can be enhanced with weekly yoga.

Yoga is  calming and an ideal way to start the week.

Missy, the instructor, is a remarkable teacher with a beautiful soul that reflects her inner and outer grace.

For this striking weekly session with one of Boulder's best yoga instructors I have been able to arrange a special ongoing Boulder CHAOS rate of $5.

Come try this class once and I predict you will be hooked through spring.

The studio area has gorgeous views of the FlatIrons and is heated to a nice warm 77 degrees.  Perfect for relaxing and stretching and breathing in the life energy - prana- that is all around us.

Our goal is to build a community of 12 CHAOS members that attend this class every week.  On occasion we will go to breakfast at the Southside Walnut Cafe following the class.
