Ira Sherman is teaching Fold Forming Techniques for Metalsmiths on
October 27 and 28 (Saturday and Sunday) at the North Boulder School of
Metals. This is a two-day class right here in Boulder! Ira Sherman is
a highly successful custom goldsmith and jeweler, and as an
internationally recognized sculptor. His work is found in the
Smithsonian Renwick Gallery and other world class museums and
exhibitions. For more information about Ira, visit

I took Ira's class in 2009 and loved his teaching style as well as the
course content. It was great fun and I've used techniques I learned in
my own studio. There's nothing else like fold forming and it has lots
of applications for jewelry and sculpture.

The cost for the class is $210 and there's a limit of six students.
Registration is first-come, first served. To register, send a check to
