I think this would be a good group to feel out. We have individual small groups that have a place (my gf and I are in on a 10 person house up in keystone.) But we didn't have plans on nailing one down for the group for the year. I hope you got some emails from interested folks, and we would more than encourage people to get this kind of thing done. We just had limited capacity this year with the changing of the guard of the club organization.
