The Powerful You!

I have talked to many women who have taken on a tough physical challenge after divorce such as running their first marathon or triathlon. That's not me but I discovered road cycling. For others it might be Zumba, swimming, hiking, rock climbing ... the choices are endless.

What's clear though is that physical exercise can improve your life both mentally and physically. This is another example of taking care of yourself and when you take care of yourself, you're better able to take care of your loved ones.

Joining us tonight is Amy Quirion and she'll be giving us the fundamentals to transform your health, physical body and mentality. At the end of the session you'll have tools to take home to create the healthy lifestyle you deserve.

Bio: With a degree in Kinesiology and the education provided by The Personal Training Academy Global, Amy’s scientific based approach provides her clients with individual based fitness. I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
