This is where we will end the hike and we'll leave some vehicles in this lot. Next we'll carpool up to the parking area on Houchins Ferry Road on the north edge of the park (near ollie Rd) and start hiking south on Wet Prong. The trail will take us down to the Green River and back up to the Temple Hill parking lot (see link to map below). Be sure to wear appropriate cloths and boots with good ankle support. Bring plenty of water and a snack.
Important: There are two to three stream crossings on the trail, last time we had to walk across in knee deep water. Due to the depth of the water and the slippery rocks, it would be a good idea to bring some Crocs or something similar to put on when crossing the streams.
