Well, I'm 57 yrs old so, let's see, I started walking at around age 1 and I was raised in the country, so... hiking about 55 years now. Seriously though, I read "Thoreau's "Walden Pond" at age 14 and was moved to take to the woods. At it ever since.
Fall Creek Falls State Park, Tennessee It has the highest waterfalls (275 ft.) in the Eastern United States and you can hike from the top to the bottom and back up. There are many more trails, swinging bridges and waterfalls in the park. Best ever!

I love nature and the great outdoors. I want to explore new areas with new friends in all seasons. Let's get out and go on a journey of discovery on a Hiking Meetup.
As it goes from one season to another, we go from one trail to another. Along the way, we discover, experience and live the adventure. Hiking the great oudoors, what a way to be part of nature.
