Since early in my childhood. I've begin the same tradition with my children. Camping at Dale Hollow when my Daughter was 1yr 1/2, both children did 5-6mi First Creek Lake trail at 3 & 5 yrs.
Mammoth Cave National Park due to its rich and diverse history, flora and fauna. It's a never ending playground. Also, Dry Fork Gorge for the water and solitude. I love rugged trails.
Honestly, I'm too much of an explorer to settle upon one location. Besides, how can I accurately choose when I've not yet seen all the trails in the world?
I'm a nature addict and a photographic artist. My family and I regularly hike and explore woods and trails. I'm hoping to find others just as eccentric and obsessed with conservation and exploration as I am.
Despite the issue with group separation, I was pleased at the existence of this group. Those I did meet were all pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to future excursions!
