Come to our holiday gift exchange party on Sat., Nov. 21

This group is for people who are already eating raw vegan food or who want to learn more about it. As you may know, raw food boosts our health, energy, mood and appearance and tastes fabulous!

We're about having fun. We have:

+ Gatherings,
+ Picnics,
+ Nature and foraging walks,
+ Parties with dancing, karaoke, movies and great world-class raw food!

We're passionate about spearheading the opening of a raw foods cafe in Delray Beach.

Here are some new ideas people suggested at our first meeting:

+ Field trips to raw food restaurants outside our region;
+ Recipe demos;
+ Workshops on how to grow organic produce at home;
+ Store walk-throughs for tips on what to buy;
+ Potluck parties where we merge with other local raw food meetup groups;
+ A food buying co-op;
+ Speakers on weeknights;
+ Show and tell (where we share ideas for bringing to our area awesome packaged raw food products that we find in other regions)
