4 cooking classes starting 2/6 on every Thursday during lunch hours in February, based on recipes from my bestselling books, "Eat Vegan on $4 a Day," and "Kitchen Divided-Vegan Dishes for Semi-Vegan Households."

The AMICC is the only place taking reservations which are coming in fast. So be sure to call them at [masked]-1908. Payment with a credit card or check reserves your spot. $60 for all sessions for members, $75 for non-members.
You may recall that the last time I taught classes was before my books...when I taught as a trained cooking instructor for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine's "The Cancer Project" for 6 years in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. I've also taught cooking classes at local Whole Foods in Sarasota, Tampa, and all of the South Florida Whole Foods that have facilities for class instruction.
In the PCRM days, the classes were fully-funded (those were the days!) and free. I often had 2 classes a day, 5 days at the community center!
The fee for these new classes covers a percentage that goes to the community center for facility amenities and staffing, the rest buys the supplies.
This will be the only class series I teach before my next books, "Paleo Vegan," and #4, on vegan fitness come out. And then back on book tour. :)
