Interest in the veg lifestyle is exploding as results become typical when more people change to a plant-based diet. (Thanks Bill Clinton for that!) As the author of "Eat Vegan on $4 a Day" and other books, and as long-time cooking instructor for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, I have seen a plant-based diet combined with exercise reverse many conditions. I'm an accomplished athlete (62 5K age group awards, 7th in US W60-64 1500 meters), certified personal trainer and running coach, and love to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Not to mention saving animals from pain, and the saving the environment.
