Food Matters. You are What you Eat: A Documentary on Netflix

May is Mental Health Month!  This is not a meetup, but an FYI for this documentary to be enjoyed in your own home, on your own time.

Now available on Netflix streaming is the well known documentary, "Food Matters" released in 2008, with a 4 out of 5 star rating.   From the Food Matters website:  http://www.foodmatters.tv/food-matters :

Food Matters started with an illness in my own family. My father Roy was diagnosed with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Depression and Anxiety and spent 5 years bedridden on 6 different medications entrusting his health to the medical profession. Unfortunately, the conventional approaches left him feeling even worse than before; inching ever closer to despair. We tried our best to convince him with books and articles to step out of the conventional box and really start to consider his options but everything we tried failed.
