Dr. Christiane Northrup "Every Emotion Has a Sound"

The revered health expert, Dr. Christiane Northrup will be interviewed on “Flourish!” the radio talk show at HayHouse Radio http://www.hayhouseradio.com/ this upcoming Wednesday. Dr. Norhrup speaks every Wednesday at this time and I thought some of you might be interested in this particular radio show:

"True healing doesn’t happen by simply remaining positive. True healing happens when you release stuck emotions with movement, sound, and tears. Tune in and learn this little-known secret to health and healing."

Please note that this is not a meetup, but a radio talk show to be enjoyed in your own home.

    Hi Everyone,
I reallllly needed to be on the call this morning but missed it...and I have an annoying psychosomatic issue in my body related to an emotion I can't access and no logical thoughts are helping. Could someone please let me know what she said on release techniques on movement, sound, and tears or where to find the info. The whole left side of my face is swollen for no reason except that my body is trying to tell me something, and I don't know what it is! THANK YOU!!!!

FYI - I went to Hayhouseradio.com and discovered the show repeats. I got to listen this afternoon. I'd say her title did not quite match the content, though it was somewhat useful.

I learned a lot. It was very informative, even though not all of the stories that were shared by callers were situations I was familiar with. However, I can definitely apply some of Dr. Northrup's knowledge to improve my own life.
