Brain flexibility and regeneration, because I've had a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) had to relearn how to read and write, add and subtract, multiply and divide, and am still on the path to healing, and am using Music Therapy at the Wellness Center at CSUN and am composing creative melodies for the classical harp (which is bigger than I am, ha, ha, ha)... to the verses in the pages of Songs of the Universe
brain health, (hopefully this also includes getting back functionality or even surpassing the stages prior to the accident) and physiology, consciousness, and learning more about everything else, as well!!!
Boosting creativity, improving logical thinking, regaining sense of balance and keen "perception" and ability to focus once again more successfully, eliminating the ringing in the ears (or tinnitus) that had been in the past contributing to even greater brain fog and stress, which is in recovery, and day-by-day in each and every way getting better, and better, and in meeting persons with similar thinking!
...when a scan revealed a result showing two closely identical sides of my brain, confirming my realization at how lucky a trait ambidexterity is for sure! When I need to use my left hand it's such a useful benefit making me truly grateful, indeed!!!
Hallo! I'm Janine, originally from London, England which accounts for the accent when you hear my voice on my voicemail (310) 358-9941. I think this group is fabulous! Great idea. Looking forward to meeting you all on Wednesday!
