What would you like to achieve through your own meditation practice?

a feeling of calmness... centered mind, and a being of self awareness that takes me through life... living life in a state of mind that is in balance ..


I've been practising yoga, and mindfulness for years, and looking to get involved in a group setting, and a regular practice close to home... hope this meets my expectations... looking forward to see what your group has to offer! Cheers..
