Join us weekly for a group meditation. Our evenings go a little like this:
Gathering and connecting - arrive, greet each other and have some time to get to know other like-minded people.
Centering into the circle - settling into our space and finding a comfortable spot for meditating
Meditation - guided by Rachel Amanda, meditation instructor
Group share - how was your meditation experience?
Participation is by donation. Suggested donation is $5, but as always, donate what you can.
Chairs and a few meditation pillows will be provided. Please feel free to bring your mat, meditation pillows, wrap or blanket, or anything else that will make your mediation experience more comfortable.
