Let's gather for a demo of a delicious raw vegan pate that can be used in place of tuna salad followed by a potluck dinner outside, weather permitting. Marilyn will demo how to make the pate and then we'll make some rollups with what we made. For the potluck, please bring a vegan dish - raw is preferred, but cooked is fine if you are not quite comfortable with preparing raw food yet. Of course, if you are adventurous, there are many raw vegan recipes online that you could try, or simply bring some fresh fruit and/or veggies. Crudites (celery, carrots, sweet peppers, zucchini...) will go well with the pate I will be demonstrating, and collard leaves make excellent wrappers for a rollup.
