How much experience with raw and living foods do you have... beyond salad, that is?

It's a business we own a lot of preparation tools and we brew kombucha, ginger bug, water kefir, sauerkraut, kimchee and other ferments. Most of the food that we sell is dehydrated, and we also wet grind nut butter having a preference for Raw Sesame Tahini

Do you have any food allergies? If so, what are they?

No allergies

Some vegans don't eat honey. I sometimes I use it in recipes, as there is much controversy over agave. Are you OK with honey?

We have nothing against honey or agave, but we prefer to sweeten with fruits such as dates, figs, apricots, apples and pears etc.
