My name is Jean Ergas and live in New York. I am a CPA financial analyst/ and speak English, French, German, Spanish and Italian fluently. I am a member of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in New York and am learning Portuguese.

What events would you like to happen with the group?

I would look forward to social gathe rings and cultural events.

How much Portuguese do you speak?

I am currently studying Portuguese, with good understanding and rapidly improving spoken skills - and am able to leverage my knowledge of Romance languages.

Have you ever been to Brazil? If so, what is your favorite place or thing to do?

Yes ! I was with Brazilian friends in Rio de Janeiro and also visited the Iguzu falls. I greatly enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the tremendous cultural diversitywithin a true melting pot ! Exploring Brazilian culture is truy what I most like.
