Breakfast Lab is about joyful experimentation of healthier ways of eating and living. For Breakfast, of course.

While some stick to their oatmeal, others venture into the experimental land of plantains, Buddha fruit and quinoa. This meetup is about exploring healthier choices, variety and craaazy breakfast ideas for special mornings, no matter where you are - a beginner or experienced cook.
We don't follow a particular dogma - raw, low carb, macrobiotics, etc... we explore it all. We are about whole foods cooking and uncooking and holistic health. Join us, won't you?
