Invitation: Taking your products to high street retail stores and growing sales.

Calling all product designers… Breakthemold would like to invite you to join our ‘Taking your products to high street retail stores and growing sales’ event, taking place at 6.30pm on Tuesday, 21st May, Google Campus, EC2A 4BX.

@Breakthemold we often hear product designers struggle to grow their sales and it’s a constant challenge getting products into retail stores, both on the high street and online.  On the flip side, manufacturers and buyers also find it hard to connect with independent product designers who offer innovative products consumers will love.

During our event we will discuss strategies to tackle some of these challenges.  In addition, we are inviting 10 product designers to talk for 5 minutes each to share their previous & current challenges, and give ideas on how to make the process more streamlined and efficient.

Attendees and Speakers include:

  • Product Designers
  • Investors
  • Retail Buyers
  • Manufacturers & Materials Specialists
  • IP Lawyers and Industry Specialists
  • Consultants
  • Software Developers

Please use ‘comments’ to post specific questions you would like us to address.

*10 Designers will have an opportunity to showcase their products in a 5x5 format (5 slides in 5 min) and to seek advice from industry specialists present. Contact Grant Cleveland if you would like to showcase your product.

Thanks, Grant, for pointing me to this event. Sounds great.
Especially looking forward to meet techies and product designers that want to join our project: a fitness device that turns your smartphone into a full-body workout machine. Unique mechanism compared to Nike+, Fitbit and Co. Proof of concept - check. Global patent situation very good. If you're interested hit me up. [masked]
