This is a basic yoga class. We break down the sequences and poses so students receive a better understanding. Beginners must take the Introductory yoga classes first before attending this class so that the instructor may assess skill level.

Class moves at a moderate pace, while the focus is both on breathing and stretching by using these two elements together to work through poses. This class is design to accommodate all levels, which means each poses is modified to fit your level of expertise. If you have taken a basic yoga class, then you will be familiar with poses.
