Intro to Meditation - Practicing Mindfulness

This is an introductory class to Buddhism and Meditation. Our guest speaker will be Viet, who is with the Indianapolis Buddhist Meditation Group. Bring cushions, blankets, and etc...Whatever will make you more comfortable during the meditation session. This class is free. You do not have to be Buddhist to attend; this class is for anyone who is interested in meditation.
