Basic Vinyasa flow class that tones the entire body and build strength. Class moves at a moderate pace, while the focus is both on breathing and stretching by using these two elements together to work through poses. This class is design to accommodate all levels, which means each pose can be modified to fit your level of expertise. If you have taken a basic yoga class, then you will be familiar with poses.
This is our weekly Community Yoga class, which is donations only and we have refreshments afterwards.
