This workshop is an introduction to the Art of Living Happiness Program, a workshop that provides tools necessary to create a life that is on-purpose, the confidence to stretch beyond limiting beliefs, and the ability to lead a deeply joyous and fulfilling life.

No need to bring anything but yourself – Yoga mats, water, back-jacks, pillows and blankets are all supplied at the center.
