I like all forms of yoga: meditation, breathwork, and actions which help others.
No. But I have studied pranayama, the yogic breath practices exensively. I have studied breathing for many years with yogis like Yogi Bhajan and at institutions like The Bihar School of Yoga. I use breath in conjunction with many activities including exercises (asansa), certain internal focus practices (dharanas), and (tantra) practices which create certain atmosphere/results.
