A fascinating topic, matched with a group of readers up to the task.

I just finished the Hunger Games Trilogy. Borrowered all 3 from the library and had to return 2 by next Wednesday. There was no way I was going to read them out of order. Once I started I couldnt stop. It's good. Wendy, you wont be disappointed if you read the 3rd one. Gitta borrow the movie now. Will I be dissapointed?

I'm finding the book to be very closely aligned with the movie. Except the pin, I don't remember who gave her the pin in the movie but I didn't think it was the mayors daughter. I could be wrong? This book has been enjoyable so far... I can't wait until I get to the 2nd book!!

I finished the 2nd book... now I am contemplating starting the 3rd. I hope I am not disappointed. I was watching an episode of Parenthood the other day and there was a scene in the show about the Hunger Games ... if you were on CAMP PEETA or CAMP GALE side. I'm completely on the camp Peeta side:)

In the movie she was given the pin by an old woman in the hob..she went home and gave it to her sister who then returned it to Katniss for when she went on to the hunger games. In the book she got it from the mayors daughter ..I think that how it went..

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
