"Half and a Half" (Power and Relaxation Yoga) Beach Yoga

Come and enjoy a combination of powerful 30 minutes of yoga followed by 30 minutes of relaxing yoga practice. This will be a "tag-team" yoga class with KAren and Myself.

    Karen's Power moves were great. Challenging yet adaptable for all levels of practice.
    Manny closed the class with wonderful stretches, again making everyone feel comfortable to find their own way. The closing mantra was very relaxing, leaving us in a centered, happy place The combination class was the perfect way to start the weekend.
    And the beach itself was also a teacher, making us work harder for stability as the sand shifted beneath our feet. It's all good.
